Eligibility:
- Open to individuals who complete a paid registration for the Longshot Men’s Retreat.
- Registration must be completed and paid in full on or before July 4, 2026.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Void where prohibited by law.
Entry:
- Each qualifying registration receives one (1) entry into the Early Bird Raffle.
- Limit one entry per person.
- Entries are automatically issued upon qualifying registration.
- No additional entries may be purchased for this registration.
Drawing Details:
- The raffle drawing will take place Saturday evening during the Longshot event.
- Exact time will be announced during the event.
Winner Requirements:
- Winner must be present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize.
- If the selected winner is not present, another name will be drawn.
- Winner must be a Texas resident and show a valid Texas ID.
Raffle Process:
- Each eligible participant will be issued a raffle ticket corresponding to their entry.
- A random drawing will be conducted to select the winner.
- This raffle is separate from any other raffles or giveaways during the event.
Texas Firearm & Raffle Compliance:
- This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act.
- Longshot must operate as a qualified nonprofit organization under Texas law to conduct this raffle.
